Obituary for Manuel Enrique Vazquez

Manuel Enrique  Vazquez
Manuel Enrique Vazquez Sr., affectionately known as "Manny" was born on Saturday, April 2, 1988, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, to Angel and Angela Vazquez.  He passed away at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford, Delaware on Friday, January 5, 2018.

Manny was educated at George Washington School #1, Woodrow Wilson #19, Elizabeth High School (Edison House) in Elizabeth, New Jersey.  Manny moved to Laurel, Delaware, where he made his home and family. He worked at various jobs in the Delaware and Maryland areas from Line leaders to supervisors at poultry plants, Bilingual Translator for temp agencies, waste management at Peninsula, along with other odd jobs like construction. He was a member of Compamento De Jehova. Manny's hobbies included baseball, he was a big Mets fan, basketball, and cooking, especially for family gatherings. He thoroughly enjoyed his favorite TV show, Mayhem, and looked forward to being on the show one day. Another one of his dreams was to own a restaurant, cooking Hispanic dishes. He also loved to draw and play video games with his children.

Manuel was preceded in death by his mother, Angela Vazquez and grandmother, Dora Lee Sanchez. 

He leaves to mourn his loss, Ashley Hyland, his fiancé  of 11 years; his children, Jonise Vazquez (12 years old), Manuel Enrique Vazquez Jr. (10 years old), Mariah Elissa Vazquez, (8 years old), Malachi Elano Vazquez (7 years old); Marion Elimo Vazquez (6 years old); Malaya Erial Vazquez (3 years old); and one unborn child, awaiting the arrival in March; one brother, Angel DeJesus Vazquez Jr. and his wife Madeline of Elizabeth, New Jersey; one sister, Dora Lee Vazquez of Roanoke, Virginia; and his grandfather, Santos Sanchez of Delmar, Delaware.
